Terms & Condition and Booking Policy

Glomax Aesthetics is always committed to find for the best ways to ensure satisfaction for all our customer. That is why we need to have a clear Terms and Conditions to regulate the acquisition of products and services offered by Glomax Aesthetics. We encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you book a service or purchase online from us or use our website.

  • Clientele

    We cater our services for both male and female customers.

  • Cancellation, Booking & No-Show Policy

    You are required to book your appointment in advance. You can book a preferred appointment via:


    • ONLINE BOOKING that will search instantly for availability. You will receive an WhatsApp confirmation within 1 – 2 working day once you send in your request.

    We will send you a reminder one day before your actual appointment via WhatsApp.


    Advance booking for the treatments you have booked are especially devoted to you. A 6-hours cancellation notice is kindly required. You can cancel appointment by email, call, or by WhatsApp us during business hours.


    Any cancellations with less than 6-hours of notice or No show for more than 3 appointments will politely be asked to pay a cancellation fee amounting of $20 on your next booking. We cannot accept cancellations left as messages on public holidays when are closed.

  • Arrival

    We have scheduling procedures down to a science to permit the proper amount of time to complete each service. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated.


    Treatments may be shortened for customer arriving 15 minutes late, but customer arriving more than 20 minutes late may be asked to reschedule.

  • Client Consultation Forms

    All new clients will be requested to complete a Client Consultation form before our therapists can perform any treatments on you. Failure to do so will result in us refusing to perform your treatments. Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect your service when completing this form. It is your responsibility to let us know of any changes in your circumstances before your treatment goes ahead. We also reserve the right to ask you to complete the Client Consultation form every 6 months so that we can update our records.


    Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures are protected under the Data Protection Act.

  • Medical Conditions

    Please notify us on booking if you are pregnant so that we can adapt the treatment for your needs. Please also inform your therapist of any medical condition if you have allergies, any physical issues, or disabilities prior to your treatment as some treatments may not be appropriate for you. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert our therapist immediately.

  • Price Policy

    All prices displayed on this page are in SGD (Singaporean Dollars). Glomax Aesthetics reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice and are subject to prevailing GST, unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment

    We accept cash (Singapore currency), PayNow, Nets and all major credit cards & debit cards. We do not accept cheque and credit card payments below $200.


    We accept PayNow and Stripe for online purchase.

  • First Trial Promo

    First Trial Promo are valid for first-time customers of Glomax Aesthetics only, limited to one trial treatment per person only and are not valid during sale or in conjunction with other types of vouchers, discounts, promotions or offers. Management reserves the rights to decline non-first trial customer of Glomax Aesthetics. In the event of a repeat customer attempting to redeem the service, full service price would be applicable.

  • New Clients

    To guarantee your booking, we require a 50% deposit in advance which will be taken off your total the day of your appointment. If you book via WhatsApp, phone call or online booking form, our staff will contact you for a 50% deposit.  In the event of any cancellations less than 6-hours of notice or no show, the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Guests

    Seating in our reception area is limited, therefore, we ask that you not bring company with you to your appointment.

  • Safe Practices

    Your well-being remains our highest priority. If you have any cold / flu-like symptoms that may include a runny nose, sore throat, sneezing or a temperature, please reschedule your appointments.

  • Therapist Illness

    Unfortunately, we might have to cancel your appointments due to therapist illness and emergency. Please rest assured that in such events our first option will be to move your appointment to another therapist on the same day that can accommodate your treatment. In the case that we cannot reschedule your appointment in the same day we will have to cancel your appointment and rebook you for another day. We will notify you as soon as we can if we need to cancel your appointment.

  • Right to refuse service

    Our therapist has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

  • Valuables

    Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

  • Purchase of Retail Products

    • Product must be paid for in full at time of purchase or ordering.
    • Product sold is not refundable but can exchange with similar or higher price product within 7 days with the condition the product is unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased.
    • Shipping / delivery cost associated with the return / exchange of the product will not be covered by Glomax Aesthetics.
    • Any request for exchange must be accompanied by the original receipts.
  • Purchase of Package

    • Package sold is not refundable or transferable.
    • Instalments is available for package purchase over $1,000; Full payment to be made in 3 instalments over the first 6 months.
    • In any special case of refund, the redeemed items will be charged according to normal price. Under refund policy, 20% administration fee is chargeable based on the selling price.
    • Expired package is strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable – there are no exceptions to this.
    • Package purchased must be finished redeemed in 3 years upon date of purchase, the expired package balance will be forfeited.
    • Any refund given shall be subject to deduction of all applicable credit card and bank charges and admin fees.
  • Vouchers

    • All vouchers are not transferable and not exchangeable for cash.

    • Please present voucher at salon for verification, photocopied vouchers are not acceptable.

    • Each voucher is valid for one facial treatment only and may not be combined.

    • All vouchers are not applicable for aesthetics treatment. 

    • Not valid for usage during sale or in conjunction with any special trial and promotion.

    • The $50 voucher only applicable for one facial treatment value $100 onward. The $100 voucher only applicable for one facial treatment value $150 onward; The $200 voucher only applicable for one facial treatment value $350 onward.

    • Amount of voucher must be fully utilized when making payment. Any unused amount will not be refunded.

    • All vouchers will be valid for three months from the date of issue. Extension will not be given to expired vouchers.

    • In the event of any cancellations less than 6-hours of notice or no show, the voucher will be forfeited.

    • Glomax Aesthetics will not be responsible for replacing any lost, damaged, or stolen vouchers.

    • Glomax Aesthetics reserves the right to amend validity date of vouchers or reject vouchers to protect the interests of the company or under circumstances of abuse.

  • Birthday Treats

    Limited to one-time user, during birthday month.


    Birthday treats offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, offers, promotions & vouchers.

  • General

    All disputes must be raised within 7 working days.


    Glomax Aesthetics Pte Ltd reserves the right to adjust, alter or amend menu items and prices at any time without prior notice.


    All treatment results may vary according to individual’s conditions; Multiple treatment sessions are necessary to achieve optimum results.

  • Changes of Terms and Conditions

    We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to revise and update this statement from time to time. Your continued access of the Website after any changes to these Terms and conditions will mean you accept those changes. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
