FAQ

Can i go for facials when i have eyelash extensions?

Definitely! Best not to do a facial within 48 hours of your extensions to help with retention but other than that, our facials won’t affect your lashes at all. You can even let our staff know if you would like us to clean your lashes! (as there is often build up of dead skin cells and dirt there)

I have fillers and botox done. Can i still go for facial treatments?

The two things that might affect fillers/ botox would be the facial massage. 2 weeks should be the minimum time between your procedure and a facial treatment. Simply inform the staff beforehand or input on your appointment booking so we can modify the massage to suit your face. Other than that, having our signature massage should complement the reasons why you had botox done!

Can I go out for events/ outings right after treatments?

For all our treatments, you will be able to head out immediately with no down time including the Vitamin C/ Btox/ Red Carpet facial! We provide dry shampoo and a makeup counter for you to ready yourself being heading out!

Will it hurt?

Our gentle extraction techniques clean out your pores with minimal pain and discomfort. And with the calming steps of the rest of the facial, you will leave our beauty sanctuaries with glowy hydrated skin.

How long can the eyebrow embroidery and lash lift last?

Depending on your skin type and hair growth, results may vary but results for eyebrow embroidery should be close to 2 years while eyelash perm should last for up to 2 months.

Can I wash my face normally after facials?

As there is a commute from our beauty spaces to your home, it will be best to still cleanse your skin when you get home. just not double cleanse unless it is in the day and sunblock was applied on your skin.

Do not pluck off your scabs for eyebrow embroidery. let it flake off normally and try not to put on eyebrow makeup in healing process.

Are our facials safe for pregnant women?

For pregnant women, our facials can be customised to suit your needs of purifying and debloating without being invasive and using any machinery. The treatments are mostly done superficially (except for certain radiofrequency treatments) and should not pose as any health hazards. Please refer to terms of service below if you suspect you have certain conditions that may not be suitable for such treatments.
